At Muzeiko, the largest children’s science centre in Eastern Europe, we’re turning the summer energy into exciting activities that inspire curiosity and creativity.

This month, we invite children and families to discover the wonders of science and the importance of staying active and healthy.

We kick off the month with "Profession Under the Microscope" on August 9, where children can explore different professions in an interactive and engaging way, learning about various careers and how they shape our world. On August 17, we celebrate "Day of the Little Ones", a special event dedicated to younger children with fun workshops, games, and performances designed to spark their imagination and creativity. Later in the month, on August 24, "Creative Challenges" will give children the chance to combine science and art through hands-on projects, stimulating their creativity and problem-solving skills. Throughout the week, there are a range of daily activities for children of all ages. From Health Missions, where kids can enjoy sports and physical challenges to stay active, to "How Does a Leaf Eat?", an interactive demonstration exploring plant respiration and nutrition, there’s something to engage every curious mind. Children will also enjoy Stories with Muzeiko, a magical storytelling session that introduces them to the wonders of nature and space. For older kids, the Science with a Lesson activity will take them on a journey to explore nature’s mysteries under a microscope, while the Open Lab will introduce them to the science of sunscreen and why it’s essential to protect our skin in the summer. Our Planetarium show "The Magical Constellations" will take families on a journey through the cosmos, exploring the legends behind the stars and constellations. With over 130 interactive exhibits spread across three floors, Muzeiko offers endless opportunities for discovery and learning.
